How soon will my web hosting be ready?
Your access code will be sent to you the day following receipt of payment. So if you choose one of these payment methods, you pay upon receipt of your check or bank transfer.
What is Commitment and Billing Cycle?
Our contracts are fully prepaid with no renewals by default. You therefore choose the duration of the commitment yourself, 12 or 24 months, and pay the total amount corresponding to this duration. The rates are more advantageous over 24 months. Before the end of your contract, we will send you a reminder inviting you to renew it. If you do not wish to proceed, no action is required.

What is the difference between the standard range and the performance range?
